We believe that our relationship with our customers is truly unique. As Gary was often heard saying, "take care of the customer and the rest will take care of itself." In 1984, Gary decided to put pen-to-paper and wrote a piece for the summer catalog that he called, "The 8 Principles of Doing Business," which shared his vision of doing business. These principles focus on product quality, customer service and the way we treat people--our customers, our employees, and our vendors. We incorporate these principles into the various ways that we do business.
