Art Director Apprentice

Preferred Degrees:

Graphic Design, Art

Responsibilities Include:

1. Will work with various product teams to learn about the business and our products
2. Assisting with layout and design
3. Organizing and assisting with photo shoots
4. Editing film and cropping/scaling boards to get ready for print
5. Designing BRC cards

Copy Apprentice

Preferred Degrees:

Journalism, English, Advertising, Copywriting

Responsibilities Include:

1. Will work with the various product teams to learn about the business and our products
2. Researching product catalogs
3. Planning selling concepts
4. Writing and proofing catalog copy

Design Apprentice

Direct Marketing Apprentice

Preferred Degrees:

Educational background in an analytically-based discipline, including exposure and aptitude for quantitative and statistical concepts

Responsibilities Include:

1. Conducting research and analysis for customer acquisition projects using SAS or SPSS along with different data management tools
2. Analyzing product and media performance
3. Developing customer-mailing selection models and customer profiles
4. Participating in the research, planning and execution of circulation plans

Merchant Apprentice

Preferred Degrees:

Business with Retail experience, Retailing, Fashion Merchandising *This position also requires that a candidate have a proven track record of 2-3 years of excellent performance in a product related role

Responsibilities Include:

1. Will work with various product teams to learn about the business and our products
2. Product development
3. Trend and Style research
4. Financial planning and evaluation
5. Style and line development

Quality Assurance Apprentice

Preferred Degrees:

Clothing and Textiles, Apparel Design, Apparel Manufacturing

Responsibilities Include:

1. Will work with the various product teams to learn about the business and our products
2. Specification development
3. Inspecting and auditing of product
4. Physical testing of fabrics
5. Fit evaluation
