Customer Acquisition Apprentice Program As Lands' End has grown over the years, we have developed increasing needs for highly skilled, talented individuals to join us. One such avenue is through our Apprentice program. The purpose of the Apprentice program is to help perpetuate the Lands' End approach to product development and the selling of that product to customers through a broad-based experience for recent college graduates who are new to merchandising and marketing-related positions. As expected future leaders at Lands' End, the program participates will receive an early and thorough understanding of how Lands' End does business. Apprentices hired for careers in Merchandising, Direct Marketing, Quality Assurance, Copywriting, Art Direction, and Design will receive a complete orientation to Lands' End culture, people and way of doing business. The Apprentices' development will be driven by a combination of experiences. Apprentices will be in the program for approximately 12 - 18 months. At the end of their experience, the Apprentice will be qualified to perform in an Associate position in their respective specialty. What are we looking for in an Apprentice candidate? Drive. Enthusiasm. Creativity. Leadership. Successful participants in the Apprentice program have the creative ability and analytical skills as well as personal convictions that fit well within the Lands' End culture. All of the Apprentice positions are full-time, entry-level positions. A bachelor's degree is required for all positions. (Please note that the Merchant Apprentice program requires additional work experience beyond the degree requirement)
