Direct Experience is a dynamic opportunity to pursue an internship with Lands' End! The goal of our internship program is to offer you a challenging learning opportunity and to enhance our pool of qualified candidates to help meet our growing future needs. Past participants in our program have been assigned to teams with a wide array of responsibilities in a number of different functions. In our program, you are able to apply what you've learned in a leading business enviroment. Our formal internship program is designed for full-time students of junior status or above. You may have additional coursework to complete after your internship, or you may have graduated and need the internship prior to receiving your diploma. Our Internship program has three areas of opportunity: Specialized/Technical, Operations Management and Health & Fitness. |
