| Our main distribution center is located in Dodgeville and it is huge! It's roughly
the size of 16 football fields and holds 5 miles of conveyor belts. In 1994 we
introduced standard 2-day delivery making us a leader in the industry. During our
busy time, our warehouse folks really fly! Guess how many orders we shipped out
last year on our busiest day...154,000. And that was just in one day! |

| We currently ship to over 175 different countries, which truly does make us
an international direct merchant. Additionally, we have 3 landed business operations
abroad. The first one was launched in 1993 in Oakhum, England. The second was in 1994 in Yokohama, Japan and the third was in 1996 in Mettlach, Germany. All of these businesses produce a Lands'
End catalog in that country's native language and currency. |
