Are you a UW-Platteville student who is interested in working with us,
but doesn't have transportation, or transportation that you wouldn't want to take
outside of the city limits? Fear not because LE has set up a busing service that
will make it convenient for you to get to work. We'll pick you up at the Ullsvik
Center prior to your shift starting and drop you off there at night once you're done
with work. While on the bus, you'll have an opportunity to catch up on homework...or
sleep!
Our busing program is available for people working in Packing, Orderfilling, and
Monogramming. This is due to matching schedules.
hear from current LE employees...
Now I bet you're wondering, just how flexible are we? Are the benefits as good
as they sound? We thought you might have a few questions, so we thought we'd have
a few of our current employees explain why they chose to work part-time at Lands'
End.

"I decided to work at Lands' End for many reasons. First, you can't find a job
at a school that pays as good as LE does. Second, there are many UWP students that
work here so it makes it easy to carpool Third, you can see the growth potential
within the company."
"The Activity Center is a definite perk of working here."
"Granted, it does get a little busy towards finals, but I was always able to
switch or trade my shifts in order to accommodate my schedule." |

good for a college student and they also had flexible schedules."

weekend day a month. I was able to schedule my work times around my class schedule."

need for flexible schedules. If you tell them in advance that you need off for a
test or to study, they can accommodate you."
"They understand and stress that school comes first."
"I was also able to take advantage of the educational assistance
they offered."
"Plus, it's a fun place to work."
